Surgical errors are still very prevalent according to study

Massachusetts residents may be alarmed to learn of a recent study led by Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. The study revealed that surgical errors which could have been easily avoided are quite prevalent. Head-on collision sends four to the hospital

Massachusetts residents know that although the holidays typically bring cheer and cause for celebration, unfortunately, tragedy can strike at any time. Recently, a horrific car accident occurred when a Ford F150 pickup truck and a Mitsubishi Montero Sport were involved in a head-on collision on South Street in Fitchburg.

Massachusetts motorist will not be charged for deadly crash

Massachusetts residents have likely noticed an increase in the number of bicycle drivers on the roads in recent years. For a number of reasons-including the rising costs of fuel, an increasing consensus of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and a growing awareness of the need to curb the use of fossil fuels, more and more people are turning to their bicycles as an alternative form of transportation. Although this is certainly a positive trend in many respects, it has unfortunately led to more car accidents involving bicyclists. As bicyclists are relatively unprotected, they can suffer very serious, and sometimes catastrophic, injuries when they are involved in a car crash.

Massachusetts woman dies in five car accident on I84

Recently, a 41 year old Massachusetts woman who was driving in heavy traffic on Interstate 84 in Middlebury, Connecticut, was struck from behind by another Massachusetts resident, who was behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer. Apparently, the force of the collision caused a chainlike effect and the deceased woman's car struck the one in front of her, which struck the next one and so on. Five vehicles were involved in this tragic car accident. There were eight other people that were injured as a result of the accident, one with serious injuries.
