According to reports, a Jeep Cherokee collided head on with a Toyota Camry. Reportedly, both of the drivers had to be extricated from their vehicles. The 60-year-old driver of the Toyota suffered head and leg injuries and was reported to be in serious condition. The driver of the Cherokee also was listed in serious condition.
After the initial police investigation, the driver of the Cherokee was arrested and charged with a number of traffic violations and with DUI and DUI causing serious bodily injury. Tragically, this arrest was the third DUI arrest for the driver of the Cherokee.
